    • 60-90 minute session focused on one to three key area(s) - hydration strategy, pre-game, recovery, etc)

    • Athletes walk away with 2-3 simple, actionable changes they can start that week.

    • Additional 30 minute check-up

    • Custom “day-before + day-of” nutrition timeline for practices, games, and tournaments.

    • Individualized snack lists.

    • Hydration knowledge and actionable tips.

    • Easy packable options.

    • Label reading, building balanced and affordable carts, spotting hidden sugars and processed foods.

    • Build independence + confidence in fueling themselves.

    • Hands-on session where you teach athletes how to make 3-4 “go-to” snacks and recipes.

    • 4-6 week program where athletes log food, hydration, energy levels, and recovery.

    • Feedback, support, and education throughout the program.

  • We will go over your current routines, challenges, goals, and lifestyle. From there, we’ll offer personalized suggestions and action steps to help you fuel smart, feel stronger, and build habits that stick.

  • Yes. After booking, you’ll receive a quick questionnaire to complete before your session. This helps us get the most out of our time together.

  • While nutrition can play an important role in overall health, I do not treat or provide guidance for medical conditions. My services are strictly educational and performance-focused. If your child has a diagnosed medical condition, I recommend working with a licensed dietitian or medical provider who can offer individualized care and support specific to their needs. I am always happy to collaborate with your care team if needed.

  • Not at all. You do not need a specific goal to start learning. Whether you’re just wondering what to eat before practice or want to understand how food affects your energy, we’ll meet you where you’re at.
